These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the lucky505 platform, website, mobile interface, games, sports betting services, promotional offers, and all related services operated under the domain lucky505.ws ("the Platform"). Each eligible individual may hold only one active lucky505 account at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or alternative accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

When registering your lucky505 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. You must promptly update your account information whenever it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lucky505 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. All transactions on the lucky505 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). lucky505 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each payment method and are displayed on the Cashier page within your account.

Deposits: Funds deposited via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your lucky505 PKR balance within sixty seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to reflect depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals: Standard withdrawal requests submitted to Pakistani mobile wallets (JazzCash and EasyPaisa) are processed on the same business day for amounts within standard limits, subject to completed identity verification. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. lucky505 reserves the right to apply additional processing time during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals will only be paid to accounts or wallets registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• lucky505 may require documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited into your account where deposits exceed certain thresholds.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal — see Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• lucky505 does not charge fees on standard PKR transactions; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which lucky505 accepts no responsibility.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited.
• One Bonus Per Account: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus across multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will result in account closure.

By placing a bet or launching a game, you confirm your acceptance of those product-specific rules in addition to these Terms.

Sports Betting: lucky505 cricket and PSL betting markets operate under standard sportsbook rules. Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are accepted subject to the live market rules displayed at the time of placement. lucky505 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by technical errors, incorrect odds, or events that have already concluded at the time of placement.

Game results are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and any wager returned to your PKR balance.

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the verification process.
• Opening or operating more than one lucky505 account, whether under your own name or through any alias, nominee, or third party.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or any automated system to interact with the Platform, gain unfair advantage, or circumvent game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through lucky505.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical glitches to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.

Any unauthorised use of lucky505's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws, and lucky505 reserves all rights to pursue legal remedies in such circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lucky505 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own gambling decisions, wagering outcomes, or use of bonus offers.
• Interruptions, downtime, or technical failures affecting access to the Platform, including during PSL live betting markets or other time-sensitive events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or other third-party processors).
• Any inaccuracies in odds, market data, or game information that result from technical errors, provided lucky505 acts promptly to correct such errors upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit lucky505's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. lucky505's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall in no event exceed the total PKR deposits made by you to your lucky505 account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your lucky505 account by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to you via your registered PKR payment method.

lucky505 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You are found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• lucky505 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or instruction from a regulatory authority.
• Your account shows signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or association with criminal conduct.
• You fail to complete satisfactory identity verification within the timeframe specified by lucky505.

Upon termination for cause, lucky505 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation, and may forfeit such funds in accordance with its anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering obligations.

lucky505 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address registered on the account and/or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon login.

Continued use of the lucky505 Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and notify lucky505 of your intention to close your account.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their rights and obligations.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under lucky505's internationally recognised gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, where such laws confer rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
